Présentation des Pôles Territoriaux

Les pôles territoriaux sont la clé de voûte de la stratégie déployée par le GHT Cœur Grand Est pour apporter les meilleurs soins à tous les patients du territoire en proximité.

L’ensemble des activités des établissements du GHT Cœur Grand Est sont organisées autour de 10 Pôles Territoriaux.
